Edition 11 of the IN-BOARD Initiative Switzerland is already in full swing…🕺. Back in November, over 60 INSEAD alumni from seven countries returned to the Fontainebleau campus for a three-day training on board dynamics and effectiveness. As always, Jaap Winter and Erik van de Loo led the two groups through inspiring sessions covering a broad range of aspects of board leadership. Participants navigated through the huge level of complexity of board interactions by exploring the lived experiences of real boards and board members. The event concluded with a full day of leadership development coaching. Yesterday, we kicked off the first of five Swiss modules in Zurich: Martin P. Furrer and Alexander Wyss from Baker McKenzie covered the legal aspects of board memberships in Switzerland. As always the session was followed by a dinner with lively discussions. We will continue the program with the following modules: ➡️ Strategy (McKinsey & Company) – March 6, 2025 ➡️ People (Egon Zehnder) – April 10, 2025 ➡️ Reporting & Audit (PwC) – May 15, 2025 ➡️ Startups (Balz Roth & Jean de Wolff) – June 12, 2025 👉 For those interested in edition 12, starting in November 2025: DM Matthias Frieden and he will get back to you.
